Bob, I am writing this letter to express our appreciation for the high quality (and responsiveness) of your work.

Before we found you, we used two different contractors/carpenters for the first two additions to our house.  Both of these experiences were painful.  These contractors were examples of what consumers dread – they habitually complained about losing money, they frequently took short cuts and they were very late in completing the work (the second contractor actually took almost two years to complete his project).

Suffice it to say that Suzy and I were exasperated and angry and would never hire either of these two again.  Next on the agenda was a smaller project – renovation of the old house basement and construction of a laundry room.  Randomly, Suzy saw your add in the yellow pages and called.  We hired you and the rest, as they say, is history.  You excelled in the project and we’ve used you exclusively ever since.

I don’t think that I can remember all the work you’ve done for us, but let me list the major projects.

• Renovation of the living room and dining room
• Construction of a stand-alone 3-car garage (with a second floor)
• Construction of the backyard deck and reconstruction of the other outside porches
• Design and construction of the 3rd addition (basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic)
• Renovation of the new house basement
• Renovation of the den, kitchen and family room

We enjoyed working with you on all of these projects – and you completed them on a timely basis.  But, most importantly, we value the quality of your work.  It is exceptional!

In fact, you’ve spoiled Suzy.  When she has a new project, she doesn’t even bother to get other bids.  She simply calls and asks when you can schedule the work.

Bob, I would recommend you to any prospective customer.  Our experiences with our first two contractors and stories that I hear from friends have convinced me that contractors like you (who care very much) are hard to find.

Dear Bob,

We have hired Brookhill Builders for two remodeling jobs on our house.  The second job was the most extensive with Brookhill Builders replacing all our windows and doors, residing the house with fiber cement siding and rebuilding our deck with Trex decking.  We were so impressed with Bob’s professionalism and honesty on the first job that we hired him for our second job without obtaining quotes from other contractors.
